Grain-oriented thin silicon steel strips were rolled in 1962. Structural Characteristics
● Diversified product range, mainly including main transformer cores, dry-type transformer cores, oil-immersed distribution transformer cores, new energy transformer cores, and three-dimensional cores.
● High-magnetic-induction grain-oriented silicon steel (HiB) is used, with grades including 18SQGD065, 20SQGD070, 20SQGD075, 23SQGD080, 23SQGD085, 27SQGD090, 27SQGD095, 27QG100, 27QG110, and 27QG120 to meet diverse customer needs.
● The clamps are made of high-strength steel, CNC bent, resulting in high mechanical strength, more accurate dimensions and positioning, and a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
● The core insulation uses PET (F-grade) insulation material, ensuring the transformer will not discharge, leak, or break down.
● The silicon steel sheet core boasts superior performance, featuring low loss, low noise, low no-load current, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, low partial discharge, good insulation performance, good thermal stability, excellent process coefficient, and an attractive appearance.
